Functions and Uses
This equipment enables automated transfer of sterilization racks, cultivation racks, and fruiting racks in the factory-scale, large-volume production of edible mushrooms. It can be integrated with intelligent control systems for VGA forklifts, rack-loading machines, and rack-unloading machines to facilitate the movement of mushroom racks among production areas such as the spawn-packaging workshop, cooling room, cultivation room, and fruiting room. The track’s variable-length design effectively constrains lateral deviation of the transfer equipment. In addition, it can be connected to rotary transfer tracks and lift-and-transfer tracks to enable straight-line transport, corner turns, and inter-level docking of mushroom racks across different production workshops and cultivation levels.
