● Automatic positioning and basket retrieval: Utilizing X/Y-axis traversing of the gantry beam and Z-axis lifting mechanism, combined with photoelectric positioning, the system precisely identifies the tier position on the cultivation rack and the exact location of each basket, automatically aligning with the target basket. Equipped with a gripper-based basket retrieval mechanism, it stably picks up either fully loaded or empty cultivation baskets from the rack, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and eliminating missed or mispicked baskets.
● Low-loss, smooth transfer: Utilizing servo drives and buffering mechanisms to eliminate rigid impacts during basket picking and transfer, thereby preventing basket deformation, vial breakage, and layer collapse. The vial breakage rate is controlled below 0.1%, making it ideal for high-value flask-based cultivation production.
● Multi-basket synchronous operation: Supports simultaneous picking and placing of multiple baskets (2–4), with a single-machine processing capacity of 800–1,500 baskets per hour.
