Equipment Features
1. The automatic bag-breaking equipment uses a rotating knife roller, scoring blades, crushing teeth, and squeeze rollers to score, tear, and crush waste mushroom grow bags, completely rupturing the intact bags and fully exposing the internal mushroom substrate to prepare for subsequent separation.
2. The cutting assembly is predominantly made of wear-resistant alloy steel, capable of processing dry, wet, and compact mushroom logs; the blade spacing and rotational speed are adjustable, preventing the plastic bags from being shredded into fine fragments and facilitating subsequent sorting.
3. Following forced bag removal and squeeze-and-separate bag-breaking, the fungal substrate adhering to the plastic bags is forcibly detached through screw extrusion and vibratory screening, thereby achieving complete separation of the substrate from the bags.
4. Graded discharge from the material bag (with dual discharge outlets): after separation, two independent discharge streams are automatically formed, with complete physical separation:
