1. Automatic conveyor system for entire baskets with precise positioning
A roller conveyor system is employed to ensure continuous, smooth conveyance of full baskets of mushroom bottles, automatically feeding them into the cap-removal station.
Photoelectric sensing combined with servo-driven precision positioning ensures that the mouth of each bottle is precisely aligned with the capping head, with perfect centering; the capping action is stable, free from deviation, and does not damage the bottles.
2. Pneumatic Synchronized Cap Removal
A 16-station cap-removal head is employed, with each station precisely aligned to a corresponding bottle position in the bottle rack, enabling synchronous cap removal across the entire row for consistent motion and high efficiency.
3. Automatic Collection and Centralized Recycling of Bottle Caps
The removed bottle caps are collected in a centralized manner via guide chutes, conveyor belts, and cap collection bins, enabling centralized recovery and recycling while preventing caps from scattering, getting lost, or causing contamination.
4. Does not damage the bottle or the cap; high stability
The cap-removal mechanism employs flexible contact, ensuring that the bottle is neither scratched, compressed, nor cracked during the cap-removal process, resulting in an extremely low bottle-breakage rate.
The bottle caps exhibit no tensile deformation or breakage, resulting in a high recycling rate and reduced consumable costs.
Features include coverless skip detection, cover-intrusion alarm, and overload protection; the equipment automatically shuts down and issues an alert in case of abnormalities, thereby reducing equipment failures and production interruptions.
5. Intelligent Electronic Control and Adjustable Parameters
PLC-plus-touchscreen control with an intuitive user interface, allowing settings for cap-removal force, delay time, conveyor speed, station selection, and other parameters.
Supports storage of multiple process configurations, enabling one-click switching between different bottle types and cap types.
