Functions and Uses
This equipment precisely conveys, elevates, and pushes mushroom substrate bag baskets onto multi-level shelves, achieving fully automated shelving throughout the entire process. This significantly boosts efficiency, reduces labor costs, and minimizes damage to the substrate bags. Equipped with two lifting platforms, the lifting supports feature longitudinal rollers driven by a second motor, enabling smooth lateral conveyance of the bag baskets to the designated position and ensuring precise alignment with the shelf levels. A dual-column rack-and-pinion drive mechanism is employed: two first motors drive the driving gears along the racks, smoothly raising and lowering the lifting supports to accommodate shelves of varying heights and meet the requirements for continuous shelving across multiple levels and rows. The system can be flexibly adjusted according to the dimensions of the substrate bag baskets, the spacing between shelf levels, and the overall height of the shelving structure.
