Functions and Uses
This equipment precisely conveys, elevates, and retrieves mushroom substrate bag baskets from shelving units to the roller conveyor line, achieving fully automated unloading across the entire process. This significantly boosts efficiency, reduces labor costs, and minimizes damage to the substrate bags. The system is equipped with two lifting platforms, each featuring a longitudinal roller-driven lifting frame powered by a second motor, with independently controlled telescopic grippers that enable smooth lateral retrieval of the bag baskets to designated positions while preventing missed grabs. A dual-column rack-and-pinion drive mechanism is employed: two first motors drive the driving gears along the racks, ensuring stable vertical movement of the lifting frames. This design accommodates shelving units of varying heights and supports continuous multi-level, multi-row unloading operations, with flexible adjustments possible based on bag basket dimensions, shelf spacing, and overall rack height.
