Functions and Uses
This equipment precisely conveys, elevates, and retrieves edible-mushroom substrate-bag baskets from shelving units to the roller conveyor line, achieving fully automated unloading across the entire process. This significantly boosts efficiency, reduces labor costs, and minimizes damage to the mushroom bags. The lifting frame is equipped with longitudinal rollers driven by a second motor, while each telescopic gripper is independently controlled, enabling smooth lateral retrieval of the bag baskets to the designated position and ensuring reliable grasping without dropping. A dual-column rack-and-pinion drive mechanism is employed: two first motors drive the driving gears along the racks, smoothly raising and lowering the lifting frame to accommodate shelving units of varying heights and meet the requirements for continuous unloading across multiple levels and rows. The system can be flexibly adjusted according to the dimensions of the bag baskets, the spacing between shelf levels, and the overall height of the shelving structure.
