Functions and Uses
This equipment leverages biomimetic principles to replicate the movements of human hands and integrates a PLC control system to precisely coordinate the operations of various workstations, including bag-sleeving and ring-capping stations. It enables the fully automated production of edible-mushroom cultivation bags, sequentially performing steps such as automatic bag-sleeving in batches of two bags per cycle, material dispensing, stamping and shaping, automatic ring application, secondary punching, cap placement, and finally, automatic packing of 12 bags per group into plastic crates.
