The features of this device are as follows:
1. Dual-wing synchronous conveying and positioning:
A dual-wing symmetrical conveying channel is employed, with synchronized cap supply and conveyance on both sides. Coupled with servo motors and photoelectric sensors, the system precisely delivers caps to the sealing station, automatically aligning them with the bottle openings. The positioning accuracy is ≤±2 mm, ensuring high capping precision.
Compatible with bottle caps of various specifications, with quick parameter switching to meet the demands of multi-variety production.
2. Intelligent lid pressing and sealing:
The dual-wing drive cylinder synchronously actuates the cap-pressing mechanism, achieving symmetrical and precise crimping to ensure tight contact between the cap and the bottle mouth, consistent sealing performance, and prevention of microbial contamination and moisture loss.
The pressing force and stroke can be set via the PLC, enabling compatibility with various cap materials (such as plastic caps and sponge caps) and bottle-neck designs to prevent damage to the bottle neck or cap.
3. End-to-end integrated collaboration:
Integrating unmanned, continuous operations for front-end bottling, conveying, and cap positioning to enhance overall production-line efficiency.
Supports automatic counting and batch recording, facilitating production traceability and capacity management.
4. Flexible adaptation to multiple specifications:
The spacing between the two wings, the height of the sealing cap, and the conveyor speed can be quickly adjusted to accommodate capping requirements for mushroom bottles of various diameters and mushroom cultivation bags of different sizes, while supporting the production of multiple varieties such as shiitake and enoki mushrooms.
5. Stability Protection and Self-Check:
The body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is highly resistant to humid corrosion, meets food-grade hygiene standards, and is easy to clean and maintain.
Equipped with features such as cap-missing alarms, bottle- or cap-blocking shutdowns, and overload protection, it provides real-time monitoring of operating status to minimize downtime due to malfunctions.
