Equipment Features
1. A heavy-duty, smooth-stroke servo-driven lifting and clamping mechanism enables continuous multi-level stacking of fully loaded cultivation trays, with typical stacking heights ranging from 2 to 6 meters. This system facilitates vertical stacking between the floor level and multi-tier racks, as well as between lower and higher tiers, thereby maximizing the utilization of vertical space in the facility and increasing cultivation density.
2. Precise alignment and retrieval are achieved through the integration of photoelectric positioning, laser ranging, or vision-based positioning systems, enabling the gripper to accurately align with the tier positions on the culture rack and the slot openings in the basket frame. Positioning accuracy is ±3–5 mm, ensuring no misalignment or jamming during basket insertion and retrieval, maintaining tight contact between the basket and the rack, and preventing drops or tilting.
3. The low-loss loading/unloading protection lifting and traveling mechanism features cushioned deceleration and a flexible clamping design, ensuring uniform and smooth motion throughout the storage and retrieval process with no rigid impacts. This prevents damage to cultivation bottles, collapse of the media layer, and deformation of the basket structure, keeping the bottle breakage rate below 0.1%.
