Functions and Uses
This equipment leverages biomimetic principles to replicate the movements of human hands, integrated with a PLC control system to precisely coordinate the operations of various workstations—including bag-sleeving and ring-cap-capping stations—thereby enabling a fully automated production process for edible-mushroom cultivation bags. Specifically, the process involves automatically sleeveing two bags at a time, dispensing substrate, performing helical shaping, automatically forming the bag mouth, inserting inoculation sticks, and finally automatically packing the finished bags into plastic crates in batches of 12.
