Functions and Uses
This equipment leverages biomimetic principles to replicate the movements of human hands and integrates a PLC control system to precisely coordinate the operations of various workstations, including bag-sleeving and ring-cap-sealing stations. As a result, edible mushroom spawn bags are automatically fed in pairs, sequentially subjected to bag-sleeving, material dispensing, stamping and shaping, and finally aluminum-nail sealing—completing the entire production process in a fully automated manner and accommodating the production of multiple mushroom species.
