1. Automated Conveying and Precise Positioning
A roller-type conveyor line continuously transports full baskets of mushroom spawn bottles into the inoculation station. Servo positioning ensures precise alignment of each bottle’s center with the inoculation blade, minimizing deviation and ensuring consistent inoculation depth and coverage.
2. Automatic Debris Removal and Contamination Prevention
Fungal debris generated during inoculation is automatically collected by a scraper, preventing the dispersal of particles and subsequent contamination by extraneous fungi.
3. Flexible—does not damage bottles or materials
The blade head is flexible, preventing contact with the bottle bottom or walls and thereby reducing damage to the bottle body and excessive disturbance of the material surface.
Rotational speed, feed rate, and scraping amplitude are all adjustable, ensuring excellent adaptability to compact, slightly dry, and slightly moist culture media, with no blade clogging or material adhesion.
4. Intelligent Electronic Control and Adjustable Parameters
PLC-plus-touch-screen control allows storage of multiple process parameter sets (for different strains and different inoculation modes), with one-touch switching.
Adjustable parameters: inoculation depth, cutter head speed, conveyor speed, indentation diameter, and operation delay, among others.
Equipped with functions such as counting, fault alarm, bottle-blocking shutdown, and missing-bottle skip, it ensures continuous and stable operation.
