● Automatic bottle basket separation and conveying
A pneumatic pushing and chain-roller conveying system is employed to individually separate and precisely deliver full pallets of bottle racks to the loading station, eliminating the need for manual disassembly. The system is compatible with standard bacterial culture bottle rack dimensions, with controllable conveying speed and positioning accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with downstream processes and maintaining a continuous production flow.
● Integrated quantitative feeding
The system features a 16-station synchronous feeding design, with feed quantity controlled via PLC and sensors to achieve a bottling accuracy of ≤3%, ensuring uniform weight for each bottle of culture medium. Step-by-step, precisely metered feeding is employed to prevent material caking and blockages, while the system is adaptable to the particle size and moisture requirements of different mushroom species’ culture media.
● Intelligent Compaction and Punching
After loading, the medium is automatically layered and compacted to ensure a smooth, uniformly dense surface, thereby enhancing mycelial colonization. An automated perforation device drills holes at preset depths and spacings, creating optimal conditions for inoculation and mycelial growth; hole diameter and depth can be flexibly adjusted.
● Integrated plate mounting and demounting
Prior to filling, the system automatically sleeves and seals the bottle mouth to prevent material spillage; upon completion of filling, it automatically releases the sleeve and recovers it for reuse, enabling closed-loop operation and reducing consumable waste. A pneumatic-driven return system ensures precise and efficient sleeve application and removal, while accommodating various bottle-mouth sizes.
● Intelligent Process Control
The PLC program automatically controls the operation of each process step and supports parameter settings via a touch screen (such as bottle filling volume, speed, and compaction density), ensuring convenient operation. The system is equipped with fault alarms, automatic shutdown, and data logging functions, facilitating real-time monitoring and rapid troubleshooting to enhance equipment stability.
● Compatible with multiple specifications
The loading volume, compression force, and punching parameters can all be adjusted, making the equipment compatible with a wide range of mushroom cultivation bottles in various neck sizes and capacities. By simply replacing a few components, it can meet the production requirements for multiple mushroom varieties, including enoki, oyster, and crab-flavor mushrooms.
