Functions and Uses
This equipment leverages the stable power of a hydraulic system to automate the feeding of cultivation substrates, thereby addressing the low efficiency, high labor intensity, and uneven feeding quantities that have long plagued manual substrate-feeding operations in edible mushroom production. It is also seamlessly synchronized with the production rhythm of mixers, ensuring continuous and standardized operation across the entire production line. In addition, it can thoroughly blend primary materials such as wood chips, cottonseed hulls, and corn cobs with secondary ingredients like wheat bran, rice bran, gypsum, and lime according to prescribed formulation ratios, guaranteeing uniform distribution of key nutrients—including the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and trace elements—throughout the mixture and preventing localized nutrient imbalances that could hinder mycelial colonization and growth. During the mixing process, the agitator blades perform actions such as kneading, flipping, and shearing to achieve a highly homogeneous blend of materials with varying particle sizes and densities, while precisely metering water according to process requirements. Customization is available for a wide range of material types and specifications.
