1. Automatic conveying and positioning of bottle baskets
A chain-roller conveyor combined with a pneumatic positioning system precisely conveys full crates of waste culture bottles to the bottle-extraction station, automatically aligns and locks them in place—eliminating the need for manual adjustment—and is compatible with standard culture-bottle crate dimensions.
Seamlessly integrated with the front-end harvesting line and the back-end washing line to ensure a continuous production rhythm and support the sequential processing of multiple baskets.
2. High-pressure pneumatic bottle excavation and material cleaning
After the bottle rack is flipped 180°, a high-pressure gas nozzle precisely inserts into the bottle mouth, using high-pressure gas to shatter and blow out the spent culture medium, achieving a residual removal rate of ≤2% and a bottle breakage rate of <0.5%.
Air pressure and purging time can be set via the PLC to accommodate the varying hardness and adhesion of waste materials from different mushroom varieties, ensuring thorough cleaning.
3. Automatic Collection and Conveyance of Waste Materials
During bottle unloading, the spent culture medium flows through a diversion chute into a conveyor system, which automatically transports it to the waste disposal area, thereby integrating material removal and collection, reducing manual handling, and minimizing cross-contamination.
The conveyor speed is adjustable, enabling it to accommodate waste disposal requirements at varying production rates.
4. Flexible adaptation to multiple specifications
The nozzle spacing, flipping angle, and conveying parameters are adjustable to accommodate culture flasks of various specifications.
By simply replacing a few components, the system can accommodate the production of multiple mushroom varieties, including enoki and oyster mushrooms, thereby meeting flexible production requirements.
5. Intelligent Control and Protection
The PLC program automatically controls the entire process, including flipping, positioning, purging, and conveying, and supports parameter settings via a touch screen for convenient operation.
Equipped with features such as basket-empty alarm, bottle-blocking shutdown, and overload protection, it provides real-time monitoring of operating status to minimize downtime due to malfunctions.
