Equipment Features
1. Precision punching and forming: In accordance with the requirements of the bottle-culturing process, vertical through-holes or blind holes of uniform depth and standard aperture shall be punched at the center of the cultivation substrate bottle. The hole geometry must be regular, with no collapsed material at the edges and tightly compacted hole walls, to prevent blockage or deviation that could impair inoculation and mycelial colonization.
2. Adjustable specifications: The perforation parameters can be tailored to different edible mushroom varieties and cultivation techniques.
Aperture: Standard φ8–15 mm, adjustable to accommodate the inoculation requirements of different microbial strains;
Hole depth: Adjustable to match the packing height of the culture medium, typically 50–120 mm, ensuring that the bottom of the hole does not touch the bottle bottom and does not penetrate the medium layer.
Hole Configuration: Supports single-hole and multi-hole customization to meet diverse cultivation requirements.
3. While leveling, compacting, and punching the substrate surface, the equipment is equipped with a compaction plate or compaction head to perform secondary compaction and leveling of the substrate surface prior to punching. This prevents the substrate from becoming loose and uneven after bottling, ensures punching stability, and minimizes the risk of inoculum dispersal and uneven aeration within the substrate layer following inoculation.
