Functions and Uses
After being connected to a mixing and blending machine, this equipment is equipped with a vibrating screen that removes impurities such as pebbles and large wood chips, thereby reducing the number of micropores in the mushroom spawn sticks and lowering the risk of contamination. During the mixing process, the agitator blades perform actions such as kneading, flipping, and shearing, ensuring highly uniform distribution of materials with varying particle sizes and densities. This results in a loose, homogeneous substrate texture that enhances aeration and facilitates subsequent operations such as bagging and bottling. The equipment is suitable for a wide range of high- and low-temperature and humidity environments and can be installed either in a pit or on a level floor.
