Functions and Uses
The mushroom cultivation bags are manually fed into the bag-loading opening, whereupon the bag-clamping mechanism is activated. The clamping jaws securely grip and precisely position the bag opening to prevent displacement during filling. The culture substrate in the hopper is then conveyed by a screw feeder and accurately dispensed into the bags according to a preset weight or volume. The feed rate can be adjusted via a damper, allowing for compatibility with bags of different specifications. Finally, the bags are formed and sealed through alternating dual-axis punching.
