Equipment Features
1. The single-arm flexible basket-handling system employs a single-cantilever robotic arm combined with a fork-lifting mechanism, enabling unilateral gripping and bottom support of standard bottle-growing baskets. The gripping force is evenly distributed, ensuring stable load-bearing on the basket structure, preventing damage or compression of the cultivation bottles, and thereby avoiding collapse of the growing medium layer and breakage of the bottles. The basket-breakage rate is controlled within 0.1%.
2. The 3D precision-positioning robotic arm enables horizontal movement along the X-axis, vertical lifting and lowering along the Z-axis, and rotational/oscillatory motion (with fine adjustment along the Y-axis on select models). Its positioning accuracy is ±3 to 5 mm, allowing for precise alignment with conveyor lines, culture rack levels, and work surfaces to complete the entire “basket retrieval–transfer–basket placement” process with accurate alignment—eliminating misalignment and basket jamming.
3. Smooth material handling with no shaking: servo motor drive combined with cushioning and deceleration design ensures uniform, stable speed during lifting, moving, and lowering, eliminating abrupt stops and starts that could cause shaking of the culture medium or scattering of the fungal inoculum. This maintains a stable medium surface and consistent mycelial condition within the bottles, making it suitable for handling throughout the entire process—culturing, inoculation, basket emptying, and more.
