1. Automated Conveying and Precise Positioning
A full-basket continuous conveying system is employed, with culture bottles automatically fed into the inoculation station. Photoelectric and servo systems ensure precise positioning, guaranteeing one-to-one correspondence between bottle openings and inoculation nozzles, perfect center alignment, and consistent seed-dispensing positions.
2. Automatic Feeding and Dispersing of Solid Spawn
Equipped with a strain-dosing hopper crushing mechanism that automatically breaks down bulk solid fungal strains into uniform particles, thereby preventing caking and material blockage.
3. Precise Quantitative Vaccination
By employing methods such as quantitative trays, metering wheels, screw feeders, and pneumatic dosing chambers, precise and controllable inoculation volumes per bottle are achieved, with an inoculation volume error of ≤±5%.
Simultaneous inoculation at 16 stations with evenly distributed inoculation points enables centralized, multi-point, and annular inoculation modes, thereby meeting the process requirements of different strains.
4. Automatic Material Cleaning and Anti-Blocking Protection
The inoculation head is equipped with cleaning, scraping, and reverse-blowing functions to prevent microbial strains from adhering or remaining behind, thereby ensuring consistent inoculation volume per vial.
Equipped with seed-depletion alarms, material-blockage alarms, bottle-sticking detection, and overload protection; the system automatically shuts down and issues alerts in case of abnormalities, thereby reducing strain-seed waste and equipment damage.
