This equipment addresses the limitation of straight rollers, which cannot negotiate turns, by enabling regular-shaped materials such as edible-mushroom turnover baskets and boxes to smoothly execute 90° right-angle turns, 45° diagonal turns, and 180° return turns on the conveyor line, thereby facilitating the creation of looped, branched, and meandering conveyor layouts. The tapered rollers feature a higher peripheral speed at the large end and a lower speed at the small end, precisely matching the radius difference between the inner and outer curves of the turning track. As a result, during turning, the forces acting on the material are evenly distributed across both the inner and outer sides, preventing slippage, deviation, jamming, or tipping.
