Functions and Uses
This equipment features a rack with telescoping modules, offering a length ratio of approximately 3:1 between the extended and retracted positions. When idle, the rack can be fully retracted to save space; when in use, it extends as needed to accommodate varying length requirements in mushroom cultivation rooms, spawn-running rooms, and shipping areas. The unit can pivot through 180°, and its straight and curved sections can be quickly combined to adjust the conveyor path, enabling multi-directional connections. The support legs are height-adjustable, allowing the system to be set up on either a level or inclined surface. Equipped with braked casters at the base, the unit is easy to move to the work station and then securely locked in place, making it ideal for rapid deployment in loading/unloading operations or temporary conveying applications.
