Main Functions and Operating Procedure of the Three-Station Fully Automatic Bagging, Ring-Setting, Capping, and Basket-Loading Machine

The three-station fully automatic bagging, ring-securing, capping, and basket-loading machine is not a single standard piece of equipment; rather, it is a highly integrated automated packaging production line. It consists primarily of core modules such as a three-station thermoforming machine (at the production end), an overlapping conveyor system, a bagging unit, and a basket- or carton-loading unit, and is mainly used in the manufacturing and packaging processes of plastic containers, including cups, bowls, lids, and similar products.

Main Functions and Workflow of the Equipment

This equipment package is designed to achieve full automation from product molding to final packaging and warehousing, with the following main process steps:

Docking and Conveying: The system is docked with a three-station thermoforming machine, where a robotic arm cuts and stacks the formed products (such as bottle caps), and then uses a specialized alternating material-handling conveyor to transport them at high speed and in an orderly manner to the next processing stage.

Automatic bagging: Automatically loads neatly stacked products into pre-made or on-site formed packaging bags.

Looping and Capping: After bagging is completed, the equipment automatically performs sealing operations such as looping the bag opening and capping it.

Automatic Basket/Box Packing: Finally, an automated pick-and-place robotic arm automatically loads the packaged finished products into reusable turnover baskets or cardboard boxes, and a case-sealing machine is used to complete the sealing process.

Core Technical Features

Three-Station High-Speed Docking: Specifically designed for high-speed three-station thermoforming machines, this system matches their rapid output rhythm and addresses the labor-intensive material-collection challenges posed by conventional equipment—namely, low stacking height and insufficient speed.

Intelligent alternating material feeding: Utilizes upper and lower dual-layer or multi-group alternating feeding platforms, enabling rapid replacement of an empty receiving bin with a fully loaded one when the current bin is full, thereby ensuring continuous production line operation without downtime.

Precision Positioning and Stacking: For lightweight, easily scattered products such as bottle caps, the receiving bin is equipped with a precision positioning rod mechanism that ensures neat, stable stacking and prevents product scattering, thereby guaranteeing smooth subsequent bagging and boxing operations.

End-to-end automation: From pressing and unloading, stacking, conveying, and bagging to final packing and cartoning, the entire process is fully unmanned, significantly reducing labor costs.
