To achieve a production capacity of 80,000 bags per day, a fully mechanized production line must be established, covering everything from raw material processing to fungus cultivation. Based on the configuration plan for an annual output of 2 million bags (10,000 bags per day), the scale can be proportionally expanded, and drawing on the practical experience with the 80,000-bag-per-day operation, the main equipment configuration is as follows:
1. Raw Material Processing and Mixing System (daily processing capacity of approximately 40 tons of dry materials)
Configuration recommendations: large-scale pulverizer, fully automated feed-mixing production line
Key parameters/model: PLC-controlled operation for automatic water intake and mixing. Requires at least two large mixers (e.g., model JB-100) and conveyor belts.
2. Fungus Spawn Production and Bagging System
Configuration Recommendation: Fully Automatic High-Speed Bagging Machine (Integrated Unit for Bagging, Filling, Ringing, and Capping)
Key parameters/model: This is the core component for achieving a production capacity of 80,000 bags. It requires the installation of 6 to 8 high-speed bagging machines, such as equipment from brands like the “Zhangzhou Zhongli ZD Series” or “Guoxin,” each with an hourly output of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 bags.
3. Sterilization System
Configuration Recommendation: Vacuum High-Pressure Autoclave
Key parameters/model: Each cabinet can accommodate 10,000 to 15,000 packages. It is necessary to equip 6 to 8 sterilization cabinets (or a large continuous sterilizer) to match the bagging rate and ensure that all bags are sterilized on the same day they are bagged.
